Personalized items generally require
approximately 7 days
to prepare, depending on the product,
design, and order quantity.
Ready-made products do not require
customization.
Shipping time is not included in
this period.
♡ Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees are shouldered by the customer
and will be confirmed upon courier booking.
We will provide the applicable delivery
details once your order is ready
for shipment.
♡ Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellation or modification requests
are welcome before production begins,
subject to the order's status.
If an item arrives damaged, defective,
incorrect, or does not match the agreed
specifications, please contact us so we
can review the concern and provide an
appropriate resolution in accordance with
applicable Philippine consumer
